Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also commonly referred to as “Tapping”, is described as a quantum level, self-healing tool based on the premise that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease and illness. EFT has been practically demonstrated and is believed to be able to rapidly reduce and/or completely remove the emotional impact of traumatic memories, unfortunate incidents and invasive thoughts, which have triggered painful and embarrassing emotional distress.

Jennifer studied with Sonya Sophia of The Sophia School of Living Arts. Her work within EFT over the years has included everything from live corporate events, business coaching, relationship guidance, health, childhood trauma and success coaching. Tapping is a simple and extremely effective method in assisting any one through life's challenges.

It is believed that Tapping releases excess emotional charge, such as fear, very quickly. It seems to clear old emotional baggage (like shame) by using your bodies’ own energetic wiring system, (your acupuncture meridians).  Tapping is designed to activate your built-in ability to rapidly physically heal and to spontaneously emotionally recover.


Jennifer Partridge, has  traveled the world, studying the ancient knowledge of yoga in remote locations, monasteries, and in tribal villages across India, Nepal, Thailand & Indonesia. Jennifer did her Hatha Yoga Teacher training in Goa, India and is recognized by International Yoga Federation as a professional yoga instructor. In addition she also completed her Kundalini yoga teacher training at Golden Bridge Yoga in Los Angeles. Jennifer has spent time both studying & teaching many aspects of the yogic philosophy and tradition, from Ayurveda, Traditional Indian Music & Harmonium, Mantra, Pranayama as well as studying ancient texts from the Bhagavad Gita, and other Vedic literature.

Between the years of 2010 and 2011, while visiting Nepal, Jennifer spent time living with Swami Dhyan Sagar. Here she studied traditions that were passed down from Osho, also know as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. Jennifer continues to share Osho’s teachings and techniques of meditation through different workshops and activities.

In 2011 her studies took her into ancient Tantric practices, passed down by the Agama Yoga School in Thailand and India.

Jennifer also became a laughter yoga teacher in 2008 accredited from the American School of Laughter Yoga and comes with a long history of working in dance therapy and dramatic improvisation.


Jennifer has been working as an Empowerment Coach for over ten years. Her natural ability to uplift peoples hearts is what guides her discussions and workshops. Many of her teaching are derived from her work in the healing arts of Yogic Principles, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Law of Attraction and Visualization.

Jennifer has a deep passion for public speaking and finds herself bringing these messages to large audiences at festivals and retreats. She has worked with festivals such as Bhakti Festival, Moksha Festival, Humanitarian NBA at The Staples Center, Harmony Festival, Raw Living Expos and many more.

She is the author of "Dream, Awake" a self help and empowerment book, that guides the reader into understanding their full potential, through releasing limiting beliefs. Her book offers a guideline for many of her practices and activities in empowerment and awakening.

The topics of her Empowerment Trainings include; success, relationships, personal power, physical health, family, communication, spiritual evolution and trauma relief. Each participant is guided in to witnessing both what their goals are and what limiting beliefs are stopping their goals from manifesting. At this point Jennifer works with several tools to both re-pattern these belief systems and create new neural-pathways for the individuals highest potential.

When it comes to Healthy Lifestyle. This is Jennifer's passion! In her own life, she is a dedicated health enthusiast, as a yoga teacher, mind/body/spirit coach and vegan activist. Jennifer loves to share her discoveries and insights with the world through blogging, vlogging, interviews, workshops, events and retreats. Since launching her company, she has produced over 100 radio shows surrounding healthy lifestyle featured on radio stations such KLAS FM (Los Angeles) & KCSB FM (Santa Barbara).

In addition Jennifer has been featured on T.V. Shows, Documentaries and Conscious Films discussing ways to bring deeper levels of health and awareness to your life. T.V. Shows include: The Lisa Oz Show & Natural Medicine Saved My Life on Veria T.V. Documentaries include The Voice, Wisdom of The World and The 3 Magic Words. She has interviewed and created video content with the world's leaders in healthy living, from don Miguel Ruiz, Michael Beckwith, Gregg Braden, David Wolfe, Neale Donald Walshe, Shiva Rea, Jack Canfield and many more.

It is Jennifer's intention to inspire the world to look after their health and wellness. After living a life of unconscious health habits, Jennifer found herself suffering in a multitude of ways from anxiety, depression, low energy, and an array of physical outbreaks such as body acne and inability to digest or assimilate food. This started her quest to discover ways of honoring the body, mind & spirit. She discovered that through the correct food choices, exercise routines, cleanses, and rewiring her brain to positive perceptions life can be filled with bliss and grace.
