Let’s admit it. Sometimes we just feel lazy and no matter what we do, or don’t do… it’s hard to kick it. But we know deep inside, we want to get up off our ass and live more, create more and have the life of our dreams. Here are six signs that indicate you need a little more motivation in your life:

All of these signs could mean it’s time to motivate yourself. I have to admit, I have often found myself resisting the current to move forward, and it has personally affected many areas of my life in the past. Lack of motivation can affect your exercise routine, your relationships, how much money you make, your achievements in your work or even how deeply you connect to spirit, through meditation and other practices.
