3 Tapping Steps to Fall in Love

AND there are soooo many methods out there that profess to do this.

Before discovering Tapping I studied sooo many of them…

Yet it felt like I was swiping way too many times on tinder and not going deep with any of them.

I would play with my bag of spiritual tricks… meditation, breathwork, yoga, reiki, plant medicines, movement, law of attraction, creative visualization….

Sometimes it was hot and healing 🔥 and many times…

mmm… I was left feeling alone and disconnected.

And THEN… the love of my life ❤️ entered the picture.

It was the kind of love where your hairs stand up on your arms, the moment you meet.

And it has since become a love affair that takes away all my sorrows, reminds me that I am an amazing human and holds space for every dark thought without judgment.

Holy smokes… a love like this does exist!

It was Tapping.

Now I am here to share it with you. I guess that would make us polyamorous wouldn’t it?

Well that’s a whole other story, but I will save that for another day. 😉

Today, I am here to share a very simple 3 Step Tapping process to activate magical powers within yourself, your friends, family and clients.

It is a super simple process to follow, give it a try when dealing with the dark side!

3 Simple Steps to Fall in Love
While doing this you can Tap on the center of your chest or by doing all of the Tapping points.

Identify where you are holding back your love: In order to attract and experience deep love, first we must acknowledge where we are pushing it away, or withholding it from ourselves and others.. Please speak out loud, what is coming up for you. Don’t be afraid to share all that messy stuff…. Mmm… that’s my favorite!

Bring it love & acceptance: Once you are in contact with the emotions and thoughts surrounding opening more deeply to love, keep tapping and then consciously bring love, acceptance, compassion and empathy to it.

You may imagine giving yourself a big warm hug, or giving yourself the kind of love you wish a partner would give you.

Offer yourself a new vision: After you have given yourself a healthy dose of delicious love and acceptance, you may see your heart start to soften. When it shifts, you will know it is time to create some empowering visions for your life. Speak them out loud. What new beautiful experiences are you now ready for now in your life? Claim them, because they are yours for the taking!

I hope these 3 simple steps help activate your superhero powers, and you fall in love with yourself the same way I have.
