3 Steps to Healing Your Life with Tapping

To me, healing our life is about relieving ourselves from physical, mental, emotional and spiritual pain.
Then replacing it with love, joy, empathy, gratitude and pleasure!
In my journey and work with Tapping, I have used 3 very simple steps to heal;
an autoimmune disease
anxiety attacks and so much more…
These are the steps that have guided me out of pain and back into happy health.
Step 1: Recognize the Pain
Why? Our culture, society and family patterns have often taught us to hide, avoid and pretend that pain is not there. We know that is sugar coated BS 😛
Hiding doesn’t heal us, it makes it worse.
Step 2: Accept the Pain
Why? Our natural tendency may be to fight the pain, judge it or label it as wrong…
Our subconscious often believes that if we fight it, we are protecting ourselves.
Fighting fire with fire never helped any cavemen, and definitely doesn’t help us.
Acceptance is a form of compassion, it helps melt the pain.
Step 3: Create a New Vision
Why? Our pain can be deeply complex with many layers, thoughts, physical symptoms, emotional imprints and memories connected to them.
Each and every layer is calling for your recognition and acceptance… in doing this you create space for this final step.

Now you have the space to paint the wildest, most yummiest desires you wish and that old fear based programming will not be there to stop you.
Science has proven that when fear based wiring in our brain is met with enough love, empathy and forgiveness the neural pathways open up and you can rewire your thoughts, beliefs, emotional patterns and physical habits.
