A Tap for Finding More Fun

Why does it feel so hard to have FUN these days?

My theory is that we often feel overworked or exhausted with life.

Maybe we’re spending all of our time simply trying to get our needs met…

Or we’re worrying over things in the future.

In any case, here are some signs that you’ve lost your joy in life:

ONE, life is not inspiring you.

TWO, you feel bogged down by work or responsibilities.

THREE, you’re suffering from depression and find it hard to take action.

FOUR, you feel confusion in your life about something.

FIVE, you are shutting yourself off from the world and feel isolated and alone.

One way to rediscover joy in life is to find what’s FUN for you.

I remember a time when I was recovering from a REALLY bad breakup. It took forever for me to leave, and when I did I felt it difficult to feel any source of joy.

My ex had been that source of joy for me SO long… And I had to rediscover it for myself.

So, I went out there and started to learn how I could have more fun.

I traveled the WORLD—remember when we could do that??

And I found the things that made me feel a sense of joy… all on my own!

Now, I’m not saying that you should or need to travel in order to find joy…

The point is: it’s important to find things that make you feel GOOD.

This could be cooking, reading more fantasy books, or going on long hikes…

Maybe it means smelling wildflowers or playing a board game with a friend!

There are so many ways to have fun right NOW.
