So many of us (myself included) allow our romantic lives to be dictated by our STRUGGLES.

Whether we’re not getting enough attention from our partner… Or we’re going through a breakup… Or we’re simply annoyed with one another after being quarantined up the bagoozle 🤪 !!

Many of us let our pain and frustration get in the way of manifesting our dream relationship.

But what if… I told you that you had the power to change your narrative… And rewire that negative self-talk right now…

And then, you could bring peace and love back into your love life…

What if I told you that you are able to shift the way you look at relationships so that you approached dating or romantic conflict, with an OPEN MIND, rather than a fearful one?

You see, when we experience any sort of pain or traumatic moment in our life (especially during childhood)…

That pain gets WIRED into our brains… And it stays there, only to creep up and visit us at the absolute WORST times ever—like when we’re on a date or trying to have a nice night with our partner!

In those moments, if fear is wired in, it will come back again and again… until we do something about it.

GOOD NEWS… For all you overly emotional, passionate creatures out there!

That’s the beauty of TAPPING.

When we tap, we open the space where those negative patterns have lodged themselves.

And we pour love and empathy into that trauma so that we change the pattern from something painful into something that moves us forward.

🧬 HALLELUJAH, we actually rewrite our trauma!

And in that new space, there is room for availability, depth, unity, and intimacy…

And so instead of letting our challenges define us… We let them serve as valuable insight into our deeper selves….

And we build our emotional intelligence so that we can better communicate with our partners…

We move forward with LOVE instead of FEAR.

Let me tell you, friends, this is especially wonderful during rocky times, when everyone’s fuse is a wee bit shorter!

And I am here for every step of the way.
