It has been a deep time for me, as the can of worms was opened to healing on a new level. Here’s another weird and awkward confession that shows how your limiting habits, fears and insecurities are often a reflection of your unresolved traumas. And how this tapping session may give you the safety you deserve to heal.
Yesterday was a scary one for me… I was given an opportunity to look at one of my biggest fears. One that I do not get to see all too much. Sometimes our fears to the outside world seem silly, strange or irrational. This is why I am excited to share this free Tapping session with you, to support you in both releasing physical pain and any fears you have surrounding potential pain.
Supporting myself and others in taking 100% responsibility for their emotions is one of my favorite things to do. Although it’s not always easy! If we really desire to shift in to a greater place of love, we have to challenge our programming, even when it hurts. I have created this Tapping session to support you.
Do you ever feel like it’s too much work to launch a new career, start a new creative project or just get your everyday tasks done? No matter who you are, this is a very common issue. This Tapping session is for you, to help Motivate Your Mission. Once you put the extra effort into getting the ball rolling, you then start to establish momentum.
Be honest: are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed by anything right now? Work, relationships, health, finances, house chores? If so, I wouldn’t be shocked. With more and more things being stacked on our to-do list – either by design, or because life just happened… blah! It’s no wonder we feel overwhelmed. While there may be some benefits to being overwhelmed… Ummm… Getting a lot of sh*t done! I feel more often than not, it sabotages us more than benefits us.
This topic is one that is close to my heart, and research shows it touches millions of us. Jealousy. It happens when you see (or imagine) somebody else experiencing something you’d like to have. I would say most of my life I have celebrated others success…
And then, there have been times, when fear and competition have set in. For me, it has affected my relationships with both romantic partners and other woman. Like many of us who experience jealousy, there can be a tendency to blame others,
rather than recognizing the emotion it’s making you feel.
