Did you know that your pain might actually be passed down to you?

It’s actually TRUE.

See, there’s such a thing as ancestral pain or the trauma and patterns that are passed down to us from our parents (who get it from THEIR parents…and so on and so forth!)

Knowing this can be incredibly helpful….

As it prevents us from being so hard on ourselves whenever we feel like we’re falling short in some area.

So if you’re ever frustrated with something, or upset at the way you’re behaving…

Remember that the behavior may have actually been IMPRINTED on you.

Because the issues we face are often the same issues our parents faced.

Here’s how it works:

Between the ages of zero and six, our brains are in a semi-hypnotic state.

In other words, our brains are like goo.

And so when we spend all of our time with our caregivers or parents, we end up subconsciously learning their behavior…

And replicating it ourselves!

Some studies even illustrate that trauma is in fact passed down from generation to generation.

When we act a certain way, oftentimes, we’re responding to fear-based systems that existed well before we were born!

Which is why this tap is so powerful.

Not only are we healing our trauma, but we’re also healing the trauma of those who came before us and the generations to come.

Sounds pretty amazing, huh?

Spoiler alert: It is!
