Create Deeper Intimacy

Jennifer Partridge

Hi,

I'm Jennifer

Life coach, EFT / Tapping expert, yogi & wellness activist with a wild heart dedicated to support you in living the life of your dreams.

Before entering into my 9 year epic adventure with my beloved… I traveled alone.

I used to think I was a courageous spirit, who did not want to be held back by anyone or anything.

But the truth is I was afraid of intimacy.

Afraid of really being seen.

Afraid of being hurt, let down, or unloved.

So I always kept a distance.

And whenever a nerve was touched, I would shut the doors and retreat to a private space inside myself.

I did not want anyone to see how scared I truly was.

Yet like all of us, I deeply crave intimacy, connection and being seen.

After 25 years of hiding, I started to peel myself open.

And as a result, I attracted longer lasting relationships, deeper compassion and love for those in my life.

It has not always been easy… It’s been ugly, messy, vulnerable and… beautiful.

Let’s be honest! No human being has it fully figured out. (although my alter ego likes to think it has!!)

Humans (yes- you’re one of them) have fears, self doubt, confusion… and at times we feel uncomfortable.

As I  stretch and  give myself  permission to be more intimate, I am constantly reminded that the more I lean into it, the more love I find there.

This is why I am super excited to share this Tapping video with you, it was shot at an event I hosted in Hollywood.

If you want to have more love, union, connection and depth with the people in your life, give this session a go!

After you have Tapped, I would love for you to share in the comments area and let’s be real together. Tell me how you have been struggling with intimacy and what you are now committed to in your own life.

The truth is, the more we can be honest and real with each other the deeper our relationships become… and I think that is what we all want.

Thank you for being on this journey with me and giving me the opportunity to open my heart with vulnerability.

All my love,

Jennifer Partridge
