Let’s talk about love, baby!

Specifically… Loving yourself.

Yep, I said it. Today we’re talking about self-love.

“But Jen,” you’re probably thinking…

“Self-love is just a buzzword!”

Nope! Self-love goes soooo much deeper than that.

Self-love is about establishing a more powerful, compassionate, and intimate relationship with ourselves.

And when we practice self-love, we become more comfortable with ourselves…

And are therefore more able to love others.

Here are some signs you could benefit from more self-love:

One, you find yourself doubting your potential.

Two, there is a critical voice in your mind judging yourself or others.

Three, you wish to think happier and more loving thoughts.

Four, there is an area in your life you want to improve.

Five, you want to let go of comparison and just be you.

If any of these resonate, YOU, my friend are ready for some more self-love.

Don’t get me wrong: It’s great to practice self-awareness and recognize the areas where you need to grow.

But it’s EQUALLY important that you approach your life with a sense of compassion.

Because the more you show up for yourself, the more open and receptive you’ll be…

And the more willing and able you’ll be to help out your friends…

Or chase your dreams…

Or do something nice for a stranger!

See, self-love is contagious.

And we have the power to spread and share self-love.
