Don’t Be Offended

I'm Jennifer

Life coach, EFT / Tapping expert, yogi & wellness activist with a wild heart dedicated to support you in living the life of your dreams.

Supporting myself and others in taking 100% responsibility for their emotions is one of my favorite things to do.

Although it’s not always easy!

Like all of us, I fall off the wagon… (yes, I am human!)

At times I will internalize others actions as a reflection of my own self worth.

I was doing a tap this morning, and reflected upon a past lover I had been with,

he was the first love of my life, and I was swept away, gushing in love.

Alas…. he was a cheater 🙁 & was secretly sleeping with his ex-girlfriend. Waaaaah!

It was a messy relationship of lies, deceit and then him finally leaving to be with her.

If you’ve had a broken heart, you know the pain and longing that can occur.

And the possible downward spiral of self judgement, blame, shame and comparison.

I believed that the reason why he cheated and left, was because I was not good enough.

That there was something missing in me. Something wrong with me.

There was a day when I bumped into them in public…

The tension was ALIVE. It was AWKWARD to say the least.

All my feelings of inadequacy surfaced.

The deep love that I felt for this man was replaced by pain and a feeling of separation.

All I wanted was the love to return.

Here I am tapping in my room, and gaining a realization that I wish I had back then.

It is this:

  1. Others choices and actions have nothing to do with how worthy we are
  2. If we want to experience love, we must love it all

Looking back I can see that just because he chose her, did not mean I was less,

And if I really wanted to stay connected to love, then I would need to love her as well.

I know this seems like a lot to swallow (no pun intended)

especially since he cheated on me, with HER. Rrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

But the truth is, we are all doing the best we can with the programing we have.

If we really desire to shift in to a greater place of love,

we have to challenge our programming, even when it hurts.

Especially when it hurts.

It’s time to recognize that beyond what anyone says, thinks or does to you…

I have created this Tapping session for you, Don’t Take it Personal

To support you in remembering that you are an amazing, beautiful, loveable gift to the world.

It’s time to stop trying to prove ourselves to the people around us and just allow the love in.

People will not always love us exactly how we want to be loved.

But we can love ourselves the way we deserve. And therefore let others off the hook when they are not perfect.

Once you have given the Tap a go, I would love to hear from you. What are the thoughts and opinions you are letting go of? (that were not yours in the first place!)

Wishing you SUCH a wonderful week and thank you for allowing me to be a part of your world.

All my love,

Jennifer Partridge
