Amazing Life Hack: Don’t Take it Personal

Other people can have a LOT of power over us.

I know from experience that it’s so easy to get offended by what people think or say.

Especially if it feels like someone’s being critical specifically toward you…

It can be so HARD not to take things personally!

Here are some signs you might be taking things personally:

ONE, you’re affected by other people’s moods and emotions.

TWO, you feel devastated if someone judges you.

THREE, you are constantly seeking approval from others.

FOUR, you are doing things just to make other people happy.

FIVE, you feel paralyzed in moving forward.

SIX, you compare yourself to others.

If this feels like you, you might need to take steps forward and practice loving yourself.

I can relate to taking things personally…

I am the sort of person who CRAVES feeling loved and giving love.

But sometimes, people just aren’t in the space to love me.

And that’s a hard truth!

This has happened to me when I didn’t get the part in a big movie… Or when I’ve gotten nasty comments on social media.

I take it all so personally and feel like something is WRONG with ME.

But I’ve learned a valuable lesson: Forget what hurt you and NOT what it taught you.

So whenever I’m tempted to take something personally….

I instead ask what the WISDOM is.

And today, I’m going to help you find your wisdom too.
