Be honest: are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed by anything right now?

Work, relationships, health, finances, house chores? If so, I wouldn’t be shocked.

With more and more things being stacked on our to-do list – either by design, or because life just happened… blah! It’s no wonder we feel overwhelmed.

While there may be some benefits to being overwhelmed… Ummm… Getting a lot of sh*t done! I feel more often than not, it sabotages us more than benefits us.

“Jen, I’m overwhelmed! Too many things to do and not enough time. How do I find my center?”

(Even if you don’t feel stressed or overwhelmed now – Keep reading, because today’s topic may help you one crazy day in the future!)

Whether you’re a busy entrepreneur, stay at home mumma/puppa, student or regular joe, taking time to balance out the stress is IMPORTANT. Yet many of us (myself included!) often fall short of this itty bitty thing called “self care”.

In fact, stress and overwhelm is a growing epidemic.

In the last 5 years, 44% percent of American adults say they feel more stressed today than they did 5 years ago.

40% of people overeat or eat unhealthy foods when they are stressed.

44% of people lose sleep every night because of stress.

And stress related ailments cost the nation $300 BILLION DOLLARS every year in medical bills and loss of productivity.

But finding ways to ease the overwhelm can sometimes be hard, especially when you have a boss breathing down your back or bills that need to be paid.

So what’s the fix? How does someone both honor their to do list and their need for peace – without feeling guilty about taking time off?

In this tapping session, I will give you a very quick tap to clear out the overwhelm, while inspiring you to feel empowered in your life. It’s not about one or the other. It’s about finding balance.
