Today, I want to talk about DISCOMFORT.

It has a really bad reputation.

So often, discomfort equals negativity…

When in reality, it is often just our emotional response to a new situation.

If you’re growing in life and pushing your boundaries…

There will most likely be moments of discomfort.

Discomfort can make us do the following:

1. Run and hide.

2. Make excuses to avoid something.

3. Experience butterflies in your belly.

4. Feel embarrassed or awkward.

5. Fumble on your words.

6. Express shyness or hold yourself back.

7. Lack confidence.

8. Resist trying something new.

If any of these jump out, it’s time to flip the switch.

I frequently feel discomfort… but now I use it as a tool for growth.

For opening my heart deeper into love, growing my business, entering new social situations, sitting with my own pain, supporting those I love through their struggles… you get the gist…

For the first time in my life, I can actually say I am deeply grateful for discomfort.

Here is why: I care more about evolving than being comfortable.

And guess what? The same thing can happen for you.
