Find the Way Back to Your True Nature

When you are in the middle of something scary…

Or a situation that tires you out…

It’s so easy to forget WHO YOU REALLY ARE.

Yup, I’m talking about… Your True Nature.

Now, I know what you might be thinking: But Jen… what do you mean by “TRUE NATURE?”

Our True Nature is who we are at our very, innermost core. It’s the most authentic version of ourselves. It’s the version of YOU who loves to play, who feels connected to the movement of the earth, who is one with the rhythm of life…

Sounds pretty AWESOME, huh?? YES YOU ARE!

But SOMETIMES, we forget or are unable to connect to our True Nature… Here are some signs that typically arise when a person is disconnected:

ONE: You are feeling lost or confused.

TWO: You are overwhelmed.

THREE: You are seeing answers but don’t know where to start.

FOUR: You are experiencing pain.

FIVE: You are hungry for inspiration.

SIX: You just want to feel like you again.

SO MANY OF US experience a disconnect from our True Nature….

And it’s even more likely that we feel disconnected when the world is in global chaos and we’re forced to stay inside of our homes (With that other person, who doesn’t clean up after themselves, or hocks and spits, farts or… you name it….hehe… bless them!)

Myself and my partner described one of MY RECENT EPISODES as being a frazzled animal… Yep, that was me.

In these moments of change, you might really be struggling, wondering: Will I ever be able to connect to my True Nature while so much chaos is happening?

And I promise you, the answer is YES.

While it may be much harder to find your True Nature right now

Here is what you can do….

✨ Find a patch of grass and walk barefoot!

✨If you have a dog, walk them, or play with them! (Animals are GREAT ways to connect to your nature!)

✨Journal about your favorite place in the outdoors, and remind yourself why you like it.

✨Build a vision board using magazine pictures from the mountains, beaches, forests, or deserts.

✨Or, simply snuggle up inside your home with some soothing meditations to the sound of wind, waves, or a campfire…

There are SO many creative ways for us to find our true nature… And while I recommend ALL of them…

This tap is designed to help lift you OUT of stress… And back INTO your true nature.

My hope is for you to leave feeling more relaxed, and most importantly: more connected to yourself.
