Going into a New Year can sometimes feel a little overwhelming!

You grind, you work hard, and you sacrifice sleep and fun so that you can do more work.
This is all very well and good, but it doesn’t always mean more success.

Don’t get me wrong—I’ve definitely been overworked before!
One time, I really wanted to move my business forward and spent day after day ALWAYS grinding my hardest.
I stayed up late, woke up early to work out, spent lots of money on advertising, and was constantly networking…
It ended up leaving me feeling burnt out and cranky.
So I decided to try something new: I made time for relaxation.
Instead of working nearly 24/7, I slept, did yoga, meditated, and spent more time connecting with myself.
In the end, I ended up feeling SO much better… And even getting more done!
Because I was approaching work with a sense of love and peace, I was able to see more clearly and attract new opportunities.
