Let’s be honest… 

Sometimes (and this happens to everyone)… 

We just feel LAZY. 

Even if we want to be productive, we might wake up a TIRED sloth. 

We avoid emails, binge on Netflix, sleep through a yoga class… You name it!

Maybe we’re simply afraid to TAKE THE NEXT STEP. 

In these instances, we’re having trouble with…. You guessed it!


If this is you, don’t feel bad about yourself! 

I’ve struggled with motivation too. 

There was a time when I would wake up feeling HEAVY and EXHAUSTED. 

Even though I wanted to get work done, I felt sooooo groggy! 

So I asked my friends and mentors for help: What did THEY do to stay so motivated??? 

And I learned that my nighttime habits (like big, delicious dinners right before bed!)… 

Weren’t the best choices for me. 

So I made a few shifts, and VOILA! 

Motivation came back!
