How to Heal Pain Through Tapping

Now, I’m not a medical expert (disclaimer!!!)… BUT I have watched tapping help mitigate physical pain so many times.
In my early days of practicing tapping, I got sick with a HUGE fever. (and we all know they are going around!?!?)
I was in bed for weeks, tossing and turning and wondering if THIS WAS THE END!
I tried EVERYTHING… doctors, medicines, supplements… But nothing was working.
Finally, with the encouragement of my Tapping teacher at the time, I decided to give it a shot.
So I Tapped… And as I tapped, my fever got higher and higher… And I had flashes of memories that was creating anger beneath the surface.
But I kept Tapping, I processed those feelings…
And my fever went down!
What I didn’t realize was that my physical pain and my emotional pain were DEEPLY intertwined…
And by acknowledging the areas of my life where I was holding onto rage…
I was able to HEAL my past trauma and thus start to heal my body.
