Honoring Your Inner Peace When Conflict Arises

Hi,
I'm Jennifer

Choosing peace instead of conflict… It’s harder than it sounds, right?
After all, our brains are WIRED to exist in fight or flight mode.
And when we experience something that causes us pain or fear or frustration…
It’s only natural that we respond with stress and anxiety!
BUT there is a way that you can change and approach things with peace rather than conflict.
Here are some signs you might need to approach peace:
ONE, you are anxious about fear and resolving issues.
TWO, you are overtaken with fear.
THREE, you are struggling to defend yourself to prove a point.
FOUR, Everyone seems to be an enemy.
FIVE, You are grouchy or pushy.
SIX, You put yourself down.
If any of these feels like you, you might need to try to choose peace instead of conflict!
I’ve had my fair share of experience here…
Whether it’s meeting harsh deadlines with work or arguing with a partner… Or my own inner struggles of defending animal rights…
I have found that it can often be so rewarding to choose PEACE instead of conflict.
This way, our minds are more relaxed, we’re able to see more clearly, and we can take PROGRESSIVE steps forward.
That my friends, is productive! Sound good? It does for me too!
Let’s get started!
Thank you Jenn, alldo I have experienced the need to proof a point in the past and therefor I often choose for peace, this morning I experienced anhuge inner battle between head and heart what made it very challenging to feel peaceful with my decisions. Sonething was constanrly doubting and criticizing my decisions. So I did the taaing of the inner conflict between head and heart. I do notice a difference between now and before the tapping, the process is still very much pushy. I do feel more acceptance and therefor peace that it is what it is. Compassion and patience for myself where I am at and what I sm feeling at the moment, that’s my gift to myself on this first day of 2021 🙏💝✨ Wishing you an amazing, peaceful new year with looots of trust, love and an abundance of happiness🙏 Cheers, Dylan
What a beautiful gift to give yourself, Dylan- I’m glad the inner conflict session was supportive, I often journal my heart/true self desires before a Tap and use them in my affirmation statements during the Tap, this may be a good way for you to align with the heart even deeper. Big love your way, my friend, you are doing amazing.
