If you are fighting with your partner more than average these days, mmmm…. THAT IS NORMAL.
We are all under HUGE amounts of stress.
BUT… What if I told you that there was a way to control your triggers… And look at the chaos through a different lens?
Trust me, I know ALLLL about triggers in relationships.
I remember screaming matches with my ex-partners.
(I thought I might bite his head off, like some wild possessed monster🐲🔥!)
I would get so angry because I didn’t feel like I was being heard…
And my sweet and sensitive body didn’t know what to do with all of that emotion!
In times of extreme conflict, it felt like my whole life was at stake…
When really it was just a disagreement!
And still, I was unable to find peace because I was glued to this idea that I had to be right.

Ok, mad Madonna! I think it’s wonderful to have strong values.. And to stick to those values!
But….. sometimes it’s better to drop the ego and see what your partner has to say.
