Waking up on the wrong side of the bed… It happens to everyone!
But when it does, it can feel TOTALLY debilitating.
Because, sometimes, when we wake up on the wrong side of the bed, those negative feelings stick with us throughout our ENTIRE day.
Nothing feels like it’s going right… Maybe you feel overwhelmed…
Or anxious… or depressed… Or just generally in a bad mood.
It’s so frustrating, but it happens.
I know I’ve definitely woken up on the wrong side of the bed. In fact, one morning, I ran out of toothpaste, had an intense meeting, got a parking ticket, and ran out of gas ALL the same day!
Not only was my day bad…
But my attitude was terrible.
So today, I’m going to give you some tips for having the BEST day ever.
Here are some signs you’re looking to have a better morning:
ONE – You have a desire to live your life’s potential.
TWO – You’re done with having bad luck.
THREE – You want to succeed at work.
FOUR – You wish to get over your sad story.
FIVE – You’re ready to rock out and celebrate your life.
SIX – You just wanna feel good.
See, while bad days feel REALLY (really) intense… They can also be prevented.
The best way I’ve found to do this is with a MORNING routine that makes you feel your best.
We’ll write down our fears, and then work to clear them out…
So that the rest of the day feels clear and easy.
Here’s what we’re going to do:
Start by finding a piece of paper and a pen—write down all the things that are going to happen in your day, especially the things you’re afraid of doing.
And then… simply hit play on the video and get ready for this power tap!
