Do you ever feel like it’s too much work to launch a new career, start a new creative project or just get your everyday tasks done?

No matter who you are, this is a very common issue.

When I first started creating my business, I often felt overwhelmed by the grandness of the vision, which in result led to self doubt, procrastination, and acting upon a plethora of negative habits that were self sabotaging.

I found myself binging on netflix, escaping to social media, filling my calendar with social activities, eating heavy food late at night, and sleeping in way past my alarm.

Instead of motivating my tushie, I was doing the opposite!

And the more I did it, the more I fulfilled the prophecy that it was too hard and too much work.

The truth is; more than struggling with motivation. I was struggling with self-belief! I needed to believe in myself, my gifts, my potential and then I would be motivated.

When I met my partner Gunnar, he taught me something I had been missing, which changed my perspective on motivation and success. It was this;

There is no such thing as failure, only failed attempts!

He was someone who was taking consistent action toward his dreams. He believed that just because someone says “no” now, does not mean that it is “no” forever. He taught me to pick up the phone and keep putting myself out there.

And so I did.

In the process I discovered something really awesome! It’s called: MOMENTUM!

Once you put the extra effort into getting the ball rolling, you then start to establish momentum. And that is when you begin to benefit from the overflow.

Imagine you have not been exercising for a year, and so getting into the gym on day 1 is very hard. Yet, you push yourself every day to wake up and get into action.

The days turn into months, and after a while your stamina has increased, and now, not only are you motivated to go the gym, you are excited for it, plus your body looks and feels healthier, you have more energy, more clarity, more endorphins, positivity…. motivation.

This works on any area of your life; business, love & relationships, health, sexuality, finances, personal power, creative expression…

We must create momentum, and then we access the overflow.

This is why I have created this Tapping session for you, to help Motivate Your Mission. It was created with the intention to support you in releasing your blocks to motivation, and set you in action toward your mission.

This next part is really important.

We need more motivated people like you living their life mission, our world depends on it. This whole episode comes from a deep impulse inside of me to make the world a happier, healthier place.
