A Power Tap for Motivation

Lazy. Exhausted. Bored. Apathetic. (are you talking to me?)

Yes, I am. These are all adjectives I’ve used at one point or another to describe how I was feeling…

However you put it, we’re all familiar with the feeling of being UNMOTIVATED.

You know those moments: nothing seems to be kicking in, and we just want more power or more energy!

(possibly more caffeine, which let’s be honest is fun while it lasts… and then… crash💥)

In case you are in denial, here are some signs that you’re feeling a tad unmotivated:

🔥 you binge on Netflix or other TV.

🔥 your exercise shoes have cobwebs on them. Or… you don’t even own a pair!

🔥 you’re resisting the next step in your journey.

🔥 you have habits that are not serving you (you know what they are!)

🔥 you’re afraid of moving forward.

If any of these resonate with you, I am here to give you a loving kick up the
ass 💖🍑

But don’t worry, I promise to be gentle… because I know what it’s like.

There were moments when I could barely open my eyes in the morning because my energy was just SO LOW.

I had no idea what was wrong with me, or why I felt so unmotivated all the time…

In order to create a change, I spoke to my friends, read books about energy and I researched healthy habits…

Then I started to;

Go to bed early, eat more simply and cleanly, and I got up with the sunrise…

Oooohhh yes… this started to not only give me energy… it inspired my life!

In other words… I got my energy back.

So, one of the first steps to getting motivated is to clear away any stagnant thinking and start ideating a new routine.

One way to clear out the gunk???

TAPPING! So let’s get started!!
