Release Any Bad Habit With EFT Tapping

But first… Let’s be honest. I have had my share of bad habits over the years, where I:
Drank myself nearly into a coma.
Binged on food until I threw up.
Yoyo’d between diets.
Went for men that were taken.
Judged my body every time I looked in the mirror.
Bit my nails incessantly (actually still do this one occasionally!)
Worked myself to exhaustion (ok, yesss… getting better at this one too!)
We all have strange and peculiar habits and some of them just don’t serve our life. So why the hell do we do them?
Over the years of Tapping I have become masterful at understanding and rewiring my own and others limiting habits.
For many years I tried to change myself on the surface by attending empowerment seminars, trying to follow strict regimes, diet plans, exercise programs, positive affirmations yet it wasn’t until Tapping that I realized something that changed my habits forever, it was this:
Releasing our unhealthy habits becomes instant and lasting when we get underneath the issue, and clear it out at the root cause.
This is why Tapping is so powerful for changing our ways!
If you are a coach, or supporting yourself or someone else in releasing those naughty habits and you have been trying to get them to commit to a strict practice, follow a new regime, and pave a new way for themselves… yet they have not done the inner work around it….
I’m sorry to say… It’s going to be super hard to have them keep their commitment.
There is nothing more defeating for yourself and your clients, when all of those healthy habits lose steam and become a moldy pair of runners at the back of the closet.
So let’s turn this ship around… To get started here are three simple questions to help yourself or anyone get to the bottom of the issue and release any bad habit.
- What is the habit that is not serving you?
- What benefit do you get from keeping the habit? And is it REALLY benefiting you!?!
- Who would you have to become if you chose to finally let it go?
Sitting with these 3 questions is an amazing starting point to doing the inner work that will transform these habits for good!
Creating calendars, setting plans, deadlines, making regimes and motivational templates for your clients will not work, unless you add the deep inner work to the practice.
