Everyone is processing the changes in a different way… But I think we can ALL agree that things feel harder than normal.
Maybe you’re thinking, “what does this mean for my business?” or “what does this mean for my family?”
BUT here’s my belief: You do not need to let this moment in history define you.
Let me elaborate.
This nasty virus is turning the world on its head…
People are losing jobs, we’re worried about the health of our loved ones… We’re worried about the economy! And seeing our friends in fear!
We’re in the middle of change on a global scale and it’s scary.
Because as humans, it’s very, very easy for us to be afraid of change. ‘
We’re scared of losing something, or that our lives won’t turn out the way we imagined it.
Change (especially this one) FORCES us out of our comfort zone and into the unknown.
It forces us to meet versions of ourselves and evolve BEYOND who we thought we might be.
SO YES.. change can be SUPER DUPER SCARY!
But MAYBE, if we try hard enough…. We can find that silver lining…
And so I’m asking you: what can you learn in this time? How are you being changed… for the better?
Because maybe the higher gift in change is NOT getting exactly what we wanted…
But rather, evolving into a stronger version of ourselves.
In order to do that, we HAVE to let the world be messy and ACCEPT that things are going to be different…
We have to wobble…. And maybe fall down for a moment…
And then pick ourselves back up and get ready for the next adventure.
We have to surrender to change because LIFE is change.
We have to remember that we are not alone.
We are all in this change together, and expanding and evolving in ways we could have never imagined.
We get to decide how this affects us. We have more power than we think.
So today, we’re going to do a little tap dedicated to helping you reframe your relationship with change.
Ready to get started?
Let’s do it together.
