Have you ever kept your New Year’s Resolutions for the whole year? 

If so, you are a rare breed!! 

According to the US News and World Report more than 80% of the population has failed at keeping their resolutions by mid-February!!

So much for avoiding sugar, traveling more, exercising more and drinking less. 

Suddenly those thoughts of failed resolutions start creeping in…

Why do I have no self-control?”

“What is wrong with me?” 

“Stop hurting yourself!!!” 

BUT MY FRIENDS, FAILURE IS INEVITABLE. We are all going to fail at something or else we will never do anything!! 

It is the successful that learn and practice FORGIVENESS, LOVE, and COMPASSION as a response to themselves rather than self-hatred. 

Let’s practice this just for today. Let’s take this one step at a time until it becomes a habitual pattern in our minds and we don’t have to think about it.
