Recently I was working with a client and became aware of a self-sabotage pattern that can hide behind the scenes..
Being in a funk… and a resistance to change that funk. (NO! I am not talking about that 90’s hit Slam dunk da funk! Although it may help 😉
This funk… shows up in a commitment to be angry, hold resentment, self doubt, shame or even fear.
So, why do we hold on?
REASON! There is a subconscious belief that says, “This funky business is somehow protecting us or proving a point.” Say WHAT?!?!
Yet, looking at it more deeply we see it’s actually causing us more pain! Ouch!
So what do you do when you are stuck in the middle of wanting to let it go and a desire to hold on for dear life?
Do what I do….. Tap it out baby!
What I love about Tapping is it gives us permission to have;
Anger. Resistance. Stubbornness. Hiding. Escapism. Defensiveness.
as long as we want….
Yet something happens when we give ourselves permission to have it FOREVER! Muah Haa haaa haaaa…..
WE CHANGE OUR MIND!
F*CK NO! I don’t want to be angry forever! I want to be happy. I want to have peace.
and so in the process of Tapping you naturally change your mind. (sigh of relief!)

Perhaps you may try this Tap; CHOOSE PEACE, it’s a great way to get your power back, settle the rough waters, and feel gooooooood again. You deserve it!
